We run a structured intake call to capture everything that defines your ideal prospect: target titles, company size, industries, geographies, and the exclusions that matter (competitors, existing customers, funded-but-irrelevant segments). Bad targeting compounds — one hour upfront saves two months of wrong meetings.
We write the outreach copy and build the cadence — email subject lines, body copy, LinkedIn connection note, follow-up sequence steps — tailored to your ICP and your value proposition. You review and approve everything before a single message goes out. We don't send without your sign-off.
We build the prospect list to spec: verified business email addresses, confirmed LinkedIn handles, enriched with company data. Every contact is individually verified — not scraped raw and dumped in a CSV. GDPR-compliant data sourcing with legitimate-interest basis for B2B outreach.
Sequences go live. Emails sent from your domain (or our warm-sender infrastructure). LinkedIn outreach through managed accounts. All replies — positive, negative, out-of-office — are routed directly to your inbox. You handle the conversations. We handle the volume and follow-ups.
When a prospect agrees, we book directly onto your calendar using your Calendly or equivalent. We send a confirmation sequence — reminder emails, a LinkedIn nudge if needed — and we show up to the first few minutes of calls to confirm both sides are there. No-shows don't count as meetings.

- If show rate drops below 70% in a given month, we investigate and adjust the confirmation sequence — no charge for the gap
- No-shows, wrong-fits, and accidental bookings are replaced or credited
- Monthly report includes show rate, reply rate, and meeting quality score
What makes a meeting "qualified"
You define this upfront. Typically all four criteria must be met:
- Prospect matches your agreed ICP — right title, right company size, right industry
- They accepted the meeting knowing what it's about (no bait-and-switch)
- They showed up (or rescheduled within 48 hours)
- Company is not on your exclusion list (competitors, existing customers, etc.)
If a meeting doesn't meet criteria: we credit it. No argument, no invoice.
